tikaku is committed to handling your personal data with the highest standards of security, transparency, and respect. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and your rights as a data subject.
Before you read the full policy, here are the six core principles that guide how tikaku handles every piece of data you share with us.
tikaku collects only the personal data that is strictly necessary to deliver our gaming services, process your transactions in IDR, and comply with our legal obligations. We do not collect data speculatively or beyond what is needed for a clearly defined purpose.
All data transmitted between your device and tikaku is protected by 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. Data at rest is stored on access-controlled, encrypted servers. We conduct regular security audits and penetration tests to ensure our infrastructure meets international cybersecurity standards.
tikaku does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any unaffiliated third party for their independent commercial purposes. Data sharing with partners is limited strictly to what is required for service delivery — such as payment processing with your chosen Indonesian bank or e-wallet provider.
We believe you have the right to know exactly what data we hold about you and how we use it. This policy is written in clear, accessible language — not buried in legal obfuscation. If you have a question about our data practices that this policy does not answer, our support team will respond in plain language.
Your rights to access, correct, delete, and port your personal data are not just listed in a policy document — they are implemented in practice. Submit a data request to [email protected] and our team will respond within the timeframes specified in Section 10 of this policy, without unnecessary friction.
We do not retain your data indefinitely. Each data category has a defined retention period based on legal obligations and operational necessity. Once a retention period expires, data is securely deleted or anonymised. Full details are provided in Section 9 of this policy.
